Serious buyers only!

1. Sales are made on first come first serve basis.

2. Confirmation of order will be emailed to you once I receive the order form.

3. Please NO changes/backing out after the confirmation order is emailed to you. Kindly notify me if you're no longer interested in the item before confirmation order is emailed to you.

4. Reservations can only be made for a maximum period of 3 days. Once that period is due, I'll release the item to everyone if payments are not settled within 3 days of confirmation.

5. All sales are final. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

6. Buyers have an option between COD or receive items by post. COD charges will apply for certain areas. For post delivery, buyers are to bank in money into my Maybank/AmBank account before items are mailed. Payments are to be made within 3 days of confirmation.

7. Items will be packed nicely in a bubble wrap only for postal delivery mode (applicable to accessories & small items only). Extra charges will apply for bubble wrap.

8. All items are brand new & in good condition. I shall not be held responsible for any damages/loss once the items are posted to you and during shipment.

9. Colours of items may vary slightly due to lighting.

-Items will be packed nicely in a **bubble padded envelope to protect the items (applicable to accessories & other small items only)
-Extra charges will be applied to bubble padded envelopes.
-Buyers are to bear all postal charges.

*A bubble-padded envelope is an extra charge of RM1.50.
**Applicable for poslaju & registered post only.

Pos Laju(Below 500g)
The quickest & most secured method. Requires signature upon recipient.
West M'sia - RM6
East M'sia - RM8

Pos Ekspress (only for small, non-bulky items)
Quick & rather secured. Does not require signature upon recipient, it'll just reach your mailbox. Not recommended though.
West & East M'sia:
RM2.50 (1 item)
RM3.00 (2 - 3 items)

Special Request - Custom made Clay Designs

All items under the Bee Werks label are handmade. These items are crafted using fine quality FIMO clay from England. These fabulous clay products are unique, thus will be great gifts for that special someone.

I can also custom-design clay products according to your tastes & preferences. You can email me the picture* you would like to turn it into your very own personalized accessory. The items offered include earrings, keychains & handphone accessories. However, I can provide you clay products in different forms if you strongly wish so (eg. bracelets, necklaces, etc.)

There will be no repetition on the customized pieces. However, do email me for further details if you are really interested in it (I might design it into something similar or in a different colour). Prices are subject to change according to labour of work & amount of clay used.

Ready-made clay products that are "sold"/"reserve" can be reproduced, depending on the materials I have in-hand. So, please email me if you want these items.

*It would be great if picture emailed to me is in high resolution and large in size so that I have a clearer view of the design you want.
